Those are circuit breakers, not fuses - they protect the window
motors and the sunroof motor and perhaps something(s) else.
You're now on the right track - there's a short somewhere in the
circuits protected by the breakers and that is what is popping them -
that's why they get hot. Are BOTH of them hot or just one?
I think I'd check all my window operation and the sunroof - also a
peek inside the wiring boot to the driver's door might be in order.
