[V8] Electrical Drain

That's my opinion as well.  Regardless, you should remove those circuit
breakers and see if your battery drain goes away (bet it does).  I am a bit
surprised, however, that the short doesn't trip the breakers, preventing the
windows/sunroof from working -- though it could be constantly cycling where
they trip/reset/trip/reset...
