Hmm - this sounds mysteriously like one of the
"mythical" 2.3 4KQ's, which on the records exist, but
no one has ever seen one that I know of.
Kneale's proposal that it was a swap is more likely,
given that it's fairly easy and the 2.3's are not
rare. More likely than out of a GT, it probably came
out of a 5000/90, since the 87.5 GT's are very rare.

Sounds like someone installed a Coupe GT engine.

option for 4kqs. Or

may be a European version. I'd want to go through
the paperwork to
determine that it's actually 80K miles. If there's no
rust, that would

a good price, I'd think.
