Well...  a new windshield ran about $750 for my '89 200 TQ,
because of the embedded antenna.  The "regular" windshields
run about $300 (IIRC). You can get new heating pads for the
seat bottoms (from various places; do a Google search) for
about $100 each; peal back the leather, put in the new pads,
and put the leather back.

So for under $1000, you can fix the problems that bother you.
That's way cheaper than the A8, which may have problems that
you don't know of yet.

Not that I'm saying keep your V8 or anything.
