[V8] Tie Rod end removal - update

Silly me.  If heat and blaster and cutting wheel don't do the job at
first -- just use more heat!  Turned the steering wheel all the way to the
right (as I should have done in the first place) and that allowed me to get
a lot more heat on the tie rod end (sticking out further) without burning
anything important in the process.  Got it to where it was almost glowing
red (propane torch) and then used the vise grip with hammer and voila!
