...are you saying you're looking to install a set of UK Euros on a car
you will be using in the USA???  

Dude, they drive on the other side of the road compared to us!  UK Euro
spec lights are not at all recommended ... from your post it almost
seems like you are looking to swap driver's for passenger's lights and
have it work ... remember, even where they drive on the other side of
the road they drive with the rubber side down ...
