Well guys, the time has come to sell my V8 as well. Probably best to be considered a parts car, but some adventurous soul might want to her bring her back to tip top shape.

I bought this car last year with the intention of using it as a winter car - it got me through the winter and have only driven it a couple times since March to run errands.

The particulars:

1990 3.6 V8 with automatic - black on black - 169,xxx miles
Power Sport Blk Leather Seats
Sony CD headunit
body is in very good shape overall - had her detailed in the spring
New Parts: distributors, caps, plugs, filters, passenger headlight (replaced it to match the very clean one I got from a board member here..the originals were all cloudy), front struts, front ball joints, front rotors and rear rotors, front and rear pads, stainless brake lines
timing belt was done prior to my getting the car...this is the first thing I checked out and removed the covers on both sides of the motor. water pump was in near new condition and timing belt had zero wear on it. Motor pulls very strong.

The issues:
oil leak - I suspect valvecover gaskets but the leak is intermittent (seems to happen more on downhills!) - it hits the exhaust
needs passenger front axle - boot is torn
headliner - I thought I'd escape this one but alas, as soon as it got warm out, she dropped...its coming down in the back and on the sunroof
blower fan/a/c - has not worked since the day I got her - was not a repair I was looking forward to tackling so I just dealt with it
radio - typical aftermarket incompetent install - only comes out of 1 speaker - again I learned to live with it since it was "just" a winter car
tranny - semi permanent limp home mode. I went so far as to flush it a couple times, but never got more involved in checking it out. Sometimes she works great, sometimes she does not. When it acts up, restart car, it shifts fine till she decides "no thanks" again.

Windows all work, seats all work (both power and heat functions!), speedo works when it feels like it or when you hit the right bump

no tears on interior, which is pretty amazing. Overall interior is in amazing shape for the age and mileage (except the aforementioned headliner).

What am I asking - who knows...it is either sell it to someone who can make use of what is there, or donate it and take the write off. I'd say in the $1300 range.
