My brother-in-law and I were sitting at a café in Sarajevo Bosnia drinking a
beer a short while back. We came up with what we thought was a fantastic
idea. I am not sure if it was the brew talking or if it was a really good
idea, but both of us thought a turbo charged Vespa would be a great idea.
In Sarajevo, he who drives a pressurized Vespa would surely be king of the
road!
