[V8] Vespa???

Supercharging a 2-stroke isn't going to do much.  A tuned pipe however...  They are all 2-stroke engines right?

Naw, you'd have to run an alternator....with a Vespa that means you'll
have about 2 hp left at the wheel.  Twin superchargers like these:

gas.
