[V8] TB /harmonic balancer

... isn't a 90 degree v8 inherently balanced?  

Yes, you have to remove the pulley off the front of the crankshaft to do
the timing belt.  This area is designed with tight tolerances to make it
difficult for the TB to jump teeth on the pulley.  Yes, it is the one
with the big torque.  No, you don't need to replace it, but you are
supposed to use a special sealant (AMV????) When reinstalling.
