[V8] UFO Brake upgrade (Porsche Boxter conversion?)

I was talking to a friend of mine on rennlist.com <http://rennlist.com>, who
was telling me that he think it is possible to upgrade the Audi V8Q UFO
brakes to the Porsche Boxster calipers, rotors, and pads. seeing as how
front rotors on my V8Q are $400, and I happen to have a set of Boxster
calipers and rotors from a planned and never materialized upgrade on my old
914 this seems like a rather attractive option.
