[V8] Bleeding the brakes

The 20-30 psig was a guess from memory(what's left of it), thinking
about it, I can see that would be a lot of pressure.  I like the idea of
the additional volume of brake fluid and being able to complete a good
flush with out having to remove the cap and refill.

I made one a couple of years ago and it works fine, except that I only
put 10-15 psi of
pressure, above 
that the brake fluid reservoir looks like it's going to explode.

Incidentally, I never put any brake fluid into to bleeder itself, just
top up the
reservoir, install the 
bleeder cap and put some pressure.  Works fine.
