[V8] Electric Supercharger?

I knew someone would try to make a dollar installing a heater blower on your intake system to claim more power.  The ad contradicts itself that a 1.8T engine pulls 400 CFM and thir bolt on only produces 250CFM.  Net loss of almost 40%.
