[V8] Gauge cluster fix

Just FYI, mine's a non-CA car, but sticking a bulb in there did give me
the light. Of course it's useless without the correct plug connected,
which I just haven't bothered digging around for. So it just comes on
with the key -- no other time (i.e. code-pulling).
