[V8] a little ecu work..

I did some work tonight with the ecus i have.
set 1
90 v8q 
ecu rev c
tcu rev h
set 2
91 v8q
ecu rev h
tcu rev m

the 91 computers in the 90 car revealed some very
interesting results. the car has more power, runs
smoother and shifts like silk now. no more jerky
shifts and low power. i compared the code (major
differences) for both the trans and the ecu. next
thing to check is if the hardware is different or if 
its just software.
