[V8] fuel tank... *sigh* does it ever end?

i knew the fuel tank had a small leak due to a dent and previous repair. checked it out tonight
and the damage is unrepairable.. the dent damaged the seam that has since rusted out... guess its
tank time. I have a good one in my 200 parts car but the thought of changing it is quite daunting.
I should probably do rear seals in the diff and change the fluid since it has to come out. anny
suggestions on the whole mess?
