[V8] set screw rotor which side??

which side does the Balck set screw type rotor go??
D-side?? &
the set screw I gotta go to the Home Depot to get but
the set screw goes all the way flush with the recessed
part of were the screw goes rite?? or can I use a
longer screw bout 1/4 inch or so sticking out from the
rotor???

 & yes I would rather use the 2 Orange rotors but I'm
in a time pinch to get my T-belt done on my Green V8
so I have to use what I have.
