[V8] Steering Dampner

FWIW, I bought the ~$100 V8Q part from SJM. The old one that came out with
the rack replacement has some slop in it and had "100" silk-screened on the
side of it. Not sure if that was as in Audi 100, but the new part firmed up
the steering on my non-servotronic V8 quite nicely.
Cheers,
- Jeremy

Back when Scott Mockery had a V8Q, he reported that the VW Fox damper
actually worked better than the V8Q part when nonstandard size
wheels/tires were used. This was back when the list was on the
Washington U server, so YMMV. I've never noticed any kind of difference.
