[V8] V8 fuel overload / surging RPM's

Try un-plugging the O2 sensor. If the motor runs OK after warm up then you
likely just have a bad sensor. If it still acts up, start looking at things like
fuel pressure regulator and ECU coolant temp sensor, and ground to the O2
sensor. You might want to replace the O2 anyway if its age and condition are not
known. Many would argue to replace the FPR too as they do wear out and can cause
expensive damage if the motor hydro-locks.
