[V8] ’91 V8 handling issues

Snow tires generally have a much softer rubber compound. Combine that
with the fact that new tires have max tread depth and you have a
recipe for squirmy handling.
Which wheels are your new snows on?
I got new snows on my Avant a couple months ago... 215/55-16's on
8-inch wide rims. The rims are clearly too wide for the tire (I'm
working on a better pairing of tires/rims) so sidewal flex seemed to
not be an issue, but for the first couple weeks, it felt similarly
squirmy twitchy.
Even my CGT with stock size Hakka 1's used for 2 seasons can be twitchy.
I would suggest 2 things. First I think the size choice is a bit too
narrow for you application along with the load rating most likely
being too low. Second, I'd give them some time and wait and see.
I think a better size choice for the V8 is 205/65. Narrower and just
a bit more ground clearance. ;-)

So I checked the pressure 36psi all around. I aired them up to 40 and it seamed to help. This morning I was driving and noticed it again but more pronounced, I stopped to check tire pressure and all were at 40psi.
