[V8] ’91 V8 handling issues

A 195/65 is considered a good snow tire size for a V8 or 200, but that size
can feel squirrely, especially if your normal summer tire is a proper
215/60.  If the lug bolts are tight and the pressure is up, you've got
whatever type of handling you're going to get from that tire.
