[V8] rattle

OK, so I'm driving behind my 1990 V8 cause I bought some rims and changed my exhaust and I wanted to see my rims and hear my exhaust. They were both sweet; along with the twinkling of my rims and the rumble of my exhaust I also heard a rattle upon making left turns coming from what appears to be my front wheel. I'm going to say UV joints. If so, how hard are these to do, how much are they going to set me back and should I just let my tech handle it?
