Knowing what I know now (that my '89 200 TQ was a wonderful
car when it was running, but I always wondered if it would
start when I sat in it, and if it did start, what would
break when I drove it; and that my '94 100 S Avant, albeit
with a non-turbo V6, and FWD and an automatic, has been
utterly reliable over almost 2 years), I'd find a low
mileage '95.5 S6 Avant and upgrade that -- an ECU ship, a
new suspension, and you're good for 300K miles, with a lot
less worry about what will break next. [1]

[1] Wow, I said all that in just 1 sentence. :)
