[V8] Auto software upgrade

Anyone hear of an in-service software upgrade to improve cold shifts of the V8q
auto? Mine 'hangs' in lower gears (usually 2nd) when cold on light throttle
unless I flick over to M and back.

Also if the centre diff is locking up, causing wind-up on turns (I have driven
lots of 4X4s and that definitely what is happening), what's that an indication
of? Bad ABS sensors? Sometimes mine does ths on hard turns, sometimes it
doesn't, so the signal to lock up the sentre diff is intermittant.
