[V8] Re :radio button spring problem

I just pulled a faceplate off a few days ago. (I picked up a dead Delta at the
junkyard for parts a few days ago - and yes - I have a sickness)
I am pretty sure the size allen I used was a 0.028 inch and it fit fine. That
translates to a 0.7mm or thereabouts.
