[V8] Radio removal

If you can't find the radio removal tools (widely available since they're the 
same as Ford useds) or don't want to spend the $5 to buy them, here's another 
way...
BTW, this takes three hands....
Insert four ice-picks about 3/4" into the corner holes of the radio face and 
gently pry all four to the outsides (tips go in and depress the locks on the 
radio).  Whilst (I love that word) holding the picks outward, pull on the radio 
by sticking your fingers into the cassette area.

Once it moves 1/4", you can release the picks.
