[V8] Radiator Hose Question

I lost my top radiator hose again yesterday and, while trying to get it
off, the coolant return hose popped off out of the radiator mount and
the piece of plastic on the end was broken.

Is the coolant return hose from the top of the radiator back to the
reservoir an integral part of the radiator, or can that part be
purchased separately?  I can't tell, because the plastic on the end of
that hose is fractured.
