[V8] '91 V8 Oil leak at Timing Belt cover?

It is possible that the leak is the valve cover gasket. There is a "D" shaped
plug that can leak out the front, and it drips down through the timing cover.
Make sure it is not the easy stuff before you tear into it...

Other choices are as you said the cam seal, oil pump drive seal, various o-rings
between the timing cover back half and head, and even the head gasket.
Those all suck.
