[V8] V8 Appraisal

OK, guys.  Mom's 'new' 90 V8 just got totaled by the Ins. Co.  Needs
radiator, pass headlight, bumper cover, oil cooler most likely hood, etc.
This car was in exceptional condition (really excellent, as the adjuster
stated in his report).  Anyhow, they want to give her $3350 or 2850 with
car.  The total loss claims person suggests I might want to have it
appraised if I think it's worth much more (I was thinking  closer to 4000).
Just had a D'Lan trailer hitch installed by previous owner and timing belt
service within the last year.  As we know, appraisals can go either way.  I
have an idea what I want to do, but appreciate your thoughts.  Either way, I
think she's repairable at far less than the $5300 estimate with used parts,
labor, et al.
