[V8] V8q in Oregon off 97

[quattro + 5 or 8 = fun]

Yeah, kinda funny Bend has around 55,000 from what I understand.  AND, they
have an MBZ, BMW, Porsche and Audi.  Spokane has 250k+ and no Porsche
dealer.  Oh, and the worst Audi dealer in the states.
