[V8] V8q in Oregon off 97

Bend is a lot like Sun Valley. People who can afford to live there  
can also afford to have the fancy cars. Those kind of towns btw seem  
like good places to pick up good used exotic/expensive cars cheap.  
The locals would not dream of buying a "used" car, and the servant/ 
ski bum class can not afford them. They all want Scuber doos anyway.
