[V8] V8 Appraisal update

When I rolled my Avant, I had to go even further and hire an independent
appraiser. That actually worked to my benefit because he just used all my
same documentation and the ins company relied on their local dude. Since
neither guy did any research, my original researched netted me what I
originally wanted. It took 3 months and was a pain, but I prevaled. That
company 'non-renewed' me shortly thereafter, but I've had not trouble
finding other companies to take my money and not rape me based on the Avant
loss.
