[V8] V8 Appraisal update

Post accident appraisal of the '90 V8.  And the verdict is:  Originally
$3550 incl tax + title -- now $5450 incl. tax + title
Lesson:  If the condition warrants it, argue and give them recent sales
data.  They couldn't "do anything" with the data I presented (ads of cars
that are for sale and have sold in comparable condition), but due to the
relative scarcity of these cars, I think they finally did take it into
account when making the appraisal.
