Anyone know how this chrome trim piece comes off?

I getting the car ready for the body shop on Monday and have removed most of
the items in the area they will be working. I am going to have them repaint
the roof 'while they are in there' (clear coat issues) so I will need to
remove the sunroof as well, but I can't figure out for the life of me how to
remove the trim piece highlighted in the photo.
Has anyone had any experience removing the rear window? Can a glass shop do
this w/o destroying the glass and trim piece? This would be a $750 combo
from the dealership (plus installation), so I have my fingers crossed as
this part of the job is on my dime. Fortunately the front window is chipped
and will be replaced under my glass insurance.
Should be in the shop for 2 weeks, but at least I got to put 600 miles on
her yesterday. :-) I picked up Ingo from the Portland airport in the
morning, we headed west to the Oregon Coast, then took a nice drive south on
Hwy101 before heading back to I-5 and heading south, where he picked up a V8
for his mom in near Roseburg. I got home at 2am, but had a blast! My V8
preformed great, but Ingo pointed out that my water temp runs way lower than
it should, which probably explains why my pipes are sooty and my gas mileage
stinks (15.6 around town, 20.4 cruising at 75 for 2.5 hrs). I see a new
thermostat in my future.
Cheers,
- Jeremy
