[V8] Trim Piece?

I believe that's a glued-on trim piece that will be destroyed in removal.
I think I've read of rear window removal without breakage being marginally
successful.  Make sure whoever installs the windshield knows it has to be
supported in the proper location while the adhesive sealants cure or it
will slip down under its own weight and interfere with the rain shield
clips.  It will also create a sealant gap at the top that may leak years
later.  And tell them to be certain of  visor clearance when they install
the mirror.
