[V8] V8 running temps

Finally got the new brakes and tires on the V8 and ran around with A/C on in 
93 % heat.  Question, when should radiator fan come on without the A/C on? I 
mean what temp do you see on the dash gauge when fan should kick in?  I was 
seeing a bit over 100 C with no fan first level.  With the A/C on the 
tornado speed fan kicked in.  I'm gonna check the coolant sensors and found 
the one on the front of the head, where is the one listed as on the 
radiator?
