[V8] V8 running temps

Mike,

The thermoswitch is located at your bottom left when looking from the  
bumper towards the engine (engine side or radiator, of course).  I  
honestly don't recall when the auxilliary fan kicks in.  Usually, the  
viscous fan does just fine...
