[V8] V8] cooling system thermostat

No, my electric fan did not kick into high speed at those temps. It does
run with the a/c on however. I have both the old and the new thermostat
cooking in a pan right now and with 90c water, the old one is open much
further than the new. I'm going to reinstall the old one and see what sort
of temps I get with it.
