[V8] Steering Wheels, timing belts, shifter knobs, and other fun stuff.

O.K., timing belt job is finished, THANKS to everyone for all the help.  Now next question, does anyone know if there is an aftermarket or factory nicer steering wheel than the factory air bag 4 spoke model?  it is for my 1990 V8-Q, am looking in general so am kind of wide open on the options.  Although have seen a few nice 3 spoke wheels out there.  I realize I will lose the airbag, but, I am going to save the factory wheel in case I get delusional and decide to sell the car later.  Also, does anyone have a lead on the factory shift knob for the automatics?  The previous owner installed an aftermarket fake cheesy wood looking knob, that really lends an overall "dorky" appearance to the car.
