[V8] Strange sunroof behavior

Remember you have to release the lock lever first!
The owners manual covers this procedure in detail.
My guess is that the motor slipped a few teeth on the drive cables. If this is
true, you have some serious wear on the drive cables and/or they are severely
gunked up.
The roof should move pretty fast and the motor should not labor if it is working
properly.
It turns out that the sun roof is not that hard to remove and clean up. The
procedure in the Bently is quite good. Also, parts are interchangeable with lots
of other Audi models.
