[V8] hard starting sometimes and fluctuating idle

The audifans.com search function has been under the weather.
To search the site, use www.google.com, and enter the site
name along with the search text. Don't forget to enclose phrases
in quotes. For example:

site:www.audifans.com v8 "hard starting"
