[V8] A4/6/8 wheel size/offset

Stock wheels on the V8 all have ET35, even the 16x8 option available
abroad.  S6 6-spokers are ET40 (or 38?).  They were only 7.5 wide where the
S4 5-spokers were 16x8 et40.

So, a 5mm or 8mm would be all that you need to restore track.  Visually
however, depending on the tire used, the difference is almost
imperceptible.
