[V8] Noise that is driving me absolutely CRAZY!!

This thread is rather bizarre - count me in
as yet another V8Q owner that had this
similar sound come out of nowhere after 
a TB change.  I changed the TB along with
everything else recommend by Bruce @
audiconnection.  

All of a sudden the sound occurred as
it has been described here - nuts/bolts
rolling around, diesel engine, etc.

I took it back to my indy mechanic as he 
was very concerned.  The noise to me 
sounded like it was coming from the top
of the head.  They pulled the covers, looked
it over and concluded that it was sticking
lifters and recommended that I use Rislone
with each oil change.

I've done so and the noise, while not eliminated,
has been greatly reduced.  If it is detectable
at all, I've noticed more on warm-up, as 
opposed to the car being brought up to
temp.  I've never noticed any decrease in
response or power, but I am extra careful
not to overrev the engine when cold, which
is just good practice anyway.
