[V8] Audi V8 - we build excitment! (Woes of V8 ownership)

First, I don't think anybody's found a $1k sensor on these things yet, but
that doesn't mean it's not hidden somewhere.  ;-)

2nd, I think the knock sensors will only cause timing retardation, not
mixture adjustments.

And C, I was thinking temp sensor 1st but OXS, sure, that could be it.

Does anyone know default value the ECU will use if you unplug the temp
sensor?  Gotta be somewhere in the middle, I'd guess.  Recently beat a v8
5spd back to life which would flood horribly.  Thought about unplugging the
temp sensor about the time it finally sputtered kicked, then roared to life,
spewing heinous spent gasses at the tail pipes.

Has anyone tried unplugging the temp sensor when battling a flooded engine
in one of these?
