Not sure the V8's have an OXS light, but in the past it came on at certain 
intervals (60k, usually) to have the O2 checked. There was a reset button on 
the VW's and Foxes/4000's with the OXS light.

As stated, on the V8, the check engine light tells of OXS problems.
