Dave,

That sounds a lot like Zay's radiator last year. We had a heck of a time 
putting it back in, and I don't think we were even able to use the bottom 
mounts. I know the top wanted to run into the support above it as well. I'm 
just going to reomve mine and have the local guy rebuild it for $82. That 
will make me much happier than cut-and-paste.
