[V8] V8 window switch error

The "switch table" is actually not, it is 4 separate switches which all have
wires running through the door jamb to one or more relays inside the car.
Broken wires in the door jamb are very common and cause all sorts of odd
behavior. In North America, 1991 models and newer were equipped with an
option to be able to raise all the windows and close the sunroof by holding
the key in the locked position. Even without that, there is a trigger to
turn off the interior lights.
Check those wires in the door jamb. Very common problem.
Welcome to the V8 list.
