[V8] Headlight relay

Do you *have* to? No.  Should you? Yes.

US DOT or Euro e-code, the power for the lights goes through
the little light switch. Over time, it might/will fail.  Adding
relays means that little light switch just triggers the relay,
which is built to handle lots of power to driver the lights. 

I used relays on the Euro lights on my dearly departed 200.
