[V8] Headlight relay

Recommended?  Yes.

Required?  No.

The standard Euro headlights dissipate the same power as the DOTs ... so it 
should not be necessary to add relays.  You will have a volt or more extra 
drop using the stock wires.  If you plan to use brighter than standard 
lights you really should add relays (and fuses of course).

The thing you should know is that unless you plan for it you will have the 
headlight warning going off when you add relays ... easily resolved, yes, 
but I wonder how many folks have done the relay mod and *then* found out 
that they need to do something about the headlight monitors ...
