[V8] Electrical Issues, related?

I checked last night and I have 12.2 Volts at the battery when not running, unfortunately I didn't think to start the car to see what it is when running.

You indicated that you had a charger hooked up continuously ... is it one that regulates itself based on battery voltage? If not, and you were supplying a 2A charge for an extended period check the cells to see if they need water.
